This is an action to approve the sale of a small lot along Melissa Court to Michael P. Ieronimo for $300. The lot appraises for less than $500 and does not require notice or sealed bids. At the August 19, 2014 Council meeting the Final Plat of Tract G1-G4 and Tract F1 -F7 , Resubdivision of Tract G and F, Sage Valley Estates Phase VI was approved. This subdivision divided two tracts of land, that had been deeded to the City for drainage and open space, into small lots to be conveyed to adjoining lot owners. A copy of the resolution, quitclaim deed, and the location map are attached for reference.
