Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Special Warranty Deeds for the Parks in Antelope Valley and Crestview Subdivisions.
BACKGROUND:

On February 20, 2018, Campbell County Commissioners approved the conveyance of Antelope Valley and Crestview Subdivision Parks to the City by Special Warranty Deed.  The Commission filed the deeds on February 21, 2018 with the Campbell County Clerk. 

ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET:
I move for the Acceptance of Special Warranty Deeds for the Parks in Antelope Valley and Crestview Subdivisions.
