Ordinance 2nd Reading - 7/0

 

The amendment requires refuse conveyed to the sanitary landfill, or elsewhere, to be tied, covered, and secured.

I Move for Approval of An Ordinance to Amend Section 9-2(G) of the Gillette City Code to Require Transportation of Refuse to be Covered on Third and Final Reading.
