| Council Consideration to Authorize the Mayor to Sign a Telecommunications Raceway Lease Agreement Between the City of Gillette and Campbell County Memorial Hospital. |
| BACKGROUND: |
The Agreement will allow Campbell County Memorial Hospital to lease fiber optic raceway in the City of Gillette's multi-raceway fiber optic backhaul in order to install fiber optic cable owned by Campbell County Memorial Hospital in order to build out fiber to their various facilities. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
Revenue received from this Raceway Lease Agreement shall be deposited in the City's Fiber Fund No. 506. The estimated annual raceway lease revenue will be $10,857.00 for the initial year and will increase by 3% each year for the remaining term of this 5-year agreement. |
