As directed during the 2018 City Council Strategic Planning Session, staff initiated an RFP process to install an ATM in the lobby of City Hall.  Pinnacle Bank was the only respondent to that process.  The City Attorney drafted a lease agreement, which Pinnacle Bank has already signed.  The lease has a five-year term, with the City receiving a portion of all Surcharge Fee Income generated at the machine.

Pinnacle Bank will own the machine, and is responsible for maintaining and insuring the machine, as well as all liability associated with ownership.  The City is responsible for providing electricity, telephone extensions and internet access for the machine.
