| Council Consideration of a Final Completion Agreement Between S.J. Louis Construction, Inc., and City of Gillette, Wyoming. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The Final Completion Agreement assists in the close out and final acceptance of the 42' Madison Pipeline between Wyodak and Moorcroft along Wyoming Highway 51. The Agreement finalizes certain contract obligations for this phase of the Madison Project. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
I move for approval and authorize the Mayor to execute the Final Completion Agreement Between S.J. Louis Construction, Inc. and City of Gillette, Wyoming.
