| BACKGROUND: |
This project is the 42" Madison Pipeline between Wyodak and Moorcroft along State Hwy 51. The project also includes the 42" pipeline and small diameter potable pipelines in the vicinity of Pine Ridge in Crook County. The Original Contract price was $42,948,105.00. The WWDC and the City realized an overall project savings of $1,117,044.02 when comparing the original contract price to the final amount. The WWDC is contributing up to 67% of the total cost for this critical pipeline project. The remaining amount is from the Capital Facilities Tax.
