| BACKGROUND: |
Transfer of used property to Campbell County School District Number One.

| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The used property is to be sold "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. The City will immediately discontinue maintenance of the playground equipment upon transfer of the equipment.
