| Council Consideration of an Agreement for Concession Services at the City Pool from June 2, 2018, through August 17, 2018, with Dandy Candy. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Upon receipt of one Proposal for Concession Services from Non-Profits for the 2018 Season at the City Pool, the City of Gillette sought Bids from "For Profit" Concessionaires. The Advertisement for Bids was published in the Gillette News Record on April 13 and April 20. The City received one bid from Dandy Candy to provide Concession Services at the City Pool from June 2 through August 17. Dandy Candy will pay the City $800 to provide Concession Services at the City Pool during this time period. Attached is a copy of Dandy Candy's Formal Bid and Draft Agreement. Staff recommends approval of the Agreement. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| Per their Bid, the City will receive $800 from the Concessionaire. Dandy Candy will pay the City in four (4) equal installments, with each installment in the amount of $200. These installments will be made on June 29, July 27, August 24 and September 21. This miscellaneous revenue will be deposited in the Water Fund. |
