American Legion Post 42 is requesting a carnival permit for June 6-10. The location will once again be at the Aquatic Center's parking lot. Permission from the Campbell County School District has been granted and a Certificate of Liability Insurance has been provided in the amount of $1,000,000.
After the carnival has ended, the Baseball group is required to ensure that all trash is picked up from the Aquatic Center's grounds. A Public Works employee will check to make sure this has taken place, notify the Clerk's office, and then the deposit check will be returned to American Legion. |
