| BACKGROUND: |
| The Resolution authorizes the submission of a Transportation Alternatives Program grant application to the Wyoming Department of Transportation to fund the Donkey Creek Pathway to connect the bridge to Gillette College, the Gillette Technical Center, and the pathway at College Park Circle to the Campbell County Recreation Center and Gillette College Student Housing. |
