| BACKGROUND: |
The Dalbey - Energy Capital Sports Complex Pathway Project (16EN04) is an extension of a pathway between Dalbey Park and the Gillette Energy Capital Sports Complex. The project consists of both on-street and off-street 8-foot-wide, concrete sidewalks including a new pedestrian bridge across Donkey Creek. The on-street portions were installed along Sinclair Street between Hoback Avenue and Butler Spaeth Road and Miranda Avenue and Garner Lake Road. The off-street portions are between Butler Spaeth Road and Miranda Avenue and along Garner Lake Road north of Sinclair Street. Construction of this project started on August 25, 2017 and received substantial completion May 7, 2018, after a winter shut down, and final completion on June 13, 2018 within the time allowed by the contract. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
S & S Builders, LLC was awarded the contract at $371,631.50. The final contract amount was $369,779.76, a savings of $1,851.74. The funding for this project has been allocated from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-70-47406 and from the WYDOT TAP Grant.
