| BACKGROUND: |
Ordinance 1st Reading: 6/0 (Councilman Neary absent)
This ordinance adopts the 2018 Editions of the International Building Code, the International Residential Code, The International Plumbing Code, the International Mechanical Code, the International Fuel Gas Code, the International Fire Code, and the International Existing Building Code. In addition it adjust the various exceptions that have been approved in the past to each of those codes to take into account new language and the renumbering of existing sections. |

| I move for the Approval of the Ordinance to Amend the Gillette City Code, to Adopt and Amend the 2018 Editions of the International Building Code, the International Residential Code, The International Plumbing Code, the International Mechanical Code, the International Fuel Gas Code, the International Fire Code, and the International Existing Building Code on Second Reading. |
