SUBJECT:
Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the South Campus Track and Stadium Site Improvements Project, Installed by Sletten Construction of Wyoming, Inc., on Behalf of the Developer, Campbell County School District.
BACKGROUND:

This project installed water system, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, grading, and surfacing improvements to support the construction of a new track and stadium at 4001 Saunders Blvd., located south of Thunder Basin High School and across Enzi Drive from the Recreation Center and Gillette College. The City will be accepting for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:

Water System Improvements:

- approximately 1288 LF of 6" water main and appurtenances;

- one fire hydrant assembly and appurtenances.
