| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2019 Utility Police Interceptor AWD SUV to Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $31,586.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a replacement for unit 459, a 2011 Chevrolet Impala K-9 unit approaching 13,000 hours. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| This item was approved in the budget. Budgeted amount was $50,000. Remaining funds will be used to up fit the vehicles with required police equipment, K-9 enclosure, appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
