| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Seven (7) New 2019 Full Size Police Interceptor Sedans to Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming, in the Amount of $194,195.26. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| These are replacements for Units 426, 441, 442, 450, 461, under project numbers 19VM07, 08,09,10,12, and two additional units allowed through CIP under Project numbers 19VM14, 15. These patrol sedans are used by our Police Department. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The cost per unit equates to $27,884.89 per unit. The remaining funds will be used to up fit the vehicles with police equipment, appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for approval to award the bid for Seven (7) New 2019 Full Size Police Interceptor Sedans to Thunder Basin Ford of Gillette, Wyoming in the Amount of $194,195.26. |
