| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for One (1) New 2019 – 3/4 Ton 4WD Extended Cab Long Bed (Box Delete) Pickup to Spradley Barr Motors of Cheyenne, Wyoming, in the Amount of $30,064.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This is a replacement for Unit 148, a 2004 Chevrolet animal control cargo van used in our Animal Control Division. This was budgeted under project number 19VM06. This unit will be ordered without a pickup box to facilitate the installation a chassis mount animal control box. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The amount budgeted for this replacement was $51,663.00. The remaining funds will be used to up fit the vehicles with a chassis mount animal control box, necessary equipment, appropriate lighting, City of Gillette signage, etc. |
| SUGGESTED MOTION: |
| I move for approval to award the bid for One (1) NEW 2019 – 3/4 TON 4WD Extended Cab Long Bed (Box Delete) Pickup to Spradley Barr Motors of Cheyenne, Wyoming, in the Amount of $30,064.00. |
