Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Aspen Heights Subdivision - Site and Utilities Project, Installed by W&S Construction, LLC, on Behalf of the Developer, Doug Leitzke.
BACKGROUND:

This project installed water system and sanitary sewer system improvements to support the development of the Aspen Heights Subdivision, including two commercial lots and one residential lot. This subdivision is located on Wheel Drive, north of Southern Drive, between Tanner Drive and South Douglas Highway. The City will be accepting, for ownership and maintenance, the following improvements:

Water System Improvements:

  • 90 LF 6" PVC Water Main and associated appurtenances.
  • 2 Fire Hydrant Assemblies and associated appurtenances.

Sanitary Sewer System Improvements:

  • 583.4 LF HDPE Sanitary Sewer Main
  • 25.5 LF PVC Sanitary Sewer Main
  • 2 Sanitary Sewer Manholes

The Warranty, Certificate of Compliance, and a map of the improvements are attached for reference.
