CASE SUMMARY: |
The owner is proposing to consolidate Lots 1-6 of Block 1 as Lots 1A, 3A, and 5A and clarify the plat of Lots 1-2 of Tract B to be called Lot 1A and 2A. All lots are zoned I-1. |
CASE BACKGROUND: |
The owner is proposing to consolidate Lots 1-6 of Block 1, Sunburst Subdivision to create Lots 1A, 3A, and 5A. Presently Lots 1-5 are each .20 acres and Lot 6 is 0.22 acres. After the consolidation, Lots 1 and 2 will be combined to 0.430 acres and be renamed Lot 1A, Lots 3 and 4 will be combined to 0.430 acres and be called Lot 3A, and Lots 5 and 6 will be combined to 0.444 acres and be called Lot 5A.
Lot 1 of Tract B will be renamed to Lot 1A and Lot 2 of Tract B will be renamed to Lot 2A. |
CASE REQUIREMENTS: |
1. All comments and concerns will be addressed in ePlans prior to submitting the final plat for signatures.
2. A Title Report will need to be submitted to the Planning Division prior to the City Council meeting.
3. If there are mortgages, a Consent to Subdivide will be required to be submitted to the Planning Division prior to the filing of the final plat. |
