Council Consideration for the Issuance of a Catering Permit on September 15th from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., as Part of the Gillette Main Street's Summer Festival & Car Show, that will Include Outdoor Music, Requested by The Rail Yard.
BACKGROUND:

The Rail Yard is requesting a catering permit as part of the GMS's Summer Festival & Car Show. The original Festival was scheduled for August 18th, however, due to inclement weather, the Festival was canceled.

 

The dispensing area will be on the south side of the parking lot and wrist bands will be used to identify those 21 years of age and older. 

 

There will be two (2) live bands performing on a stage on the west side of the parking lot.
