Council Consideration of a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Final Plat Known as a Resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6, Block 1, Sunburst Subdivision and Lots 1 & 2, Tract B, Sunburst Subdivision and the Adjacent Vacated Alley, to the City of Gillette, Wyoming, Subject to All Planning Requirements. 
BACKGROUND:

The owner is proposing to consolidate Lots 1-6 of Block 1, Sunburst Subdivision, to create Lots 1A, 3A, and 5A. Presently Lots 1-5 are each .20 acres and Lot 6 is 0.22 acres. After the consolidation, Lots 1 and 2 will be combined to 0.430 acres and be renamed Lot 1A, Lots 3 and 4 will be combined to 0.430 acres and be called Lot 3A, and Lots 5 and 6 will be combined to 0.444 acres and be called Lot 5A.

Lot 1 of Tract B will be renamed to Lot 1A and Lot 2 of Tract B will be renamed to Lot 2A.

I move for Approval of a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Final Plat known as a Resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6, Block 1, Sunburst Subdivision and Lots 1 & 2, Tract B, Sunburst Subdivision and the Adjacent Vacated Alley; to the City of Gillette, Wyoming, Subject to All Planning Requirements.
