Council Consideration to Allow the Transfer of Location of a Winery Permit from 601 S Douglas Hwy to 1201 E Southern Drive, Requested by Big Lost Meadery, LLC, Contingent Upon Obtaining a Tobacco and Trade Bureau Permit (TTB).
BACKGROUND:

Big Lost Meadery is requesting that a transfer of location be granted for their winery. Currently, the winery is located at 601 S Douglas Hwy (Pizza Carrello), and the request is to transfer the winery permit to 1201 E Southern Drive.

 

All applicable documents, other than the Tobacco and Trade Bureau Permit, have been received. The Wyoming Liquor Division (WLD) stated that they will not be able to issue a license or activate the account until this permit has been submitted. The applicant has stated that they have applied for the TTB Permit and will submit it to the Licensing Authority upon receipt.

 

The public hearing was published two (2) consecutive weeks - September 14 & 21. No protests have been received.
