| Council Consideration for the Issuance of a Catering Permit on October 13th from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Located at 113 S Gillette Avenue, for the 1st Annual Octoberfest, Requested by The Railyard, that will Include Outdoor Music. |
| BACKGROUND: |
The Railyard is requesting a catering permit to dispense/serve alcohol and malt beverages outdoors for their 1st Annual Octoberfest on October 13th from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Two local bands will be providing entertainment. Wrist bands will be used to identify those 21 years of age and older. The Railyard will be providing the security for the event. Cattle fencing will be used to identify the consumption/serving area. |
