| Council Consideration for the Transfer of Ownership of Retail Liquor License RTL-10 from Farmer's Cooperative Association, d.b.a. Travel Plaza, to CBH Cooperative, d.b.a. Travel Plaza, Located at 2063 S Garner Lake Road. |
| BACKGROUND: |
Farmer's Cooperative Association has been purchased by CBH Cooperative, which necessitates the need to transfer ownership of license RTL-10 to CBH Cooperative, d.b.a. Travel Plaza. The Clerk's Office received the liquor license transfer application and all required documents, which have been submitted to, and reviewed and accepted by, the Wyoming Liquor Division; no protests have been received.
The public hearing notice was posted at the Travel Plaza, and published in the News Record on September 28, 2018 and October 5, 2018. |

| I move to approve the Transfer of Ownership of Retail Liquor License RTL-10 from Farmers Cooperative Association, d.b.a. Travel Plaza, to CBH Cooperative, d.b.a. Travel Plaza, Located at 2063 S Garner Lake Road. |
