| BACKGROUND: |
| Bill Ashton is requesting a parade permit for November 11th from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., for the Veterans Day Parade. The parade will lineup on 4-J Road between 2nd Street and 1st Street, travel east on 2nd Street to Osborne Avenue and return to 4-J Road via 1st Street. |
