| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the Madison Pump Station Roof Replacement Project, with Morrison-Maierle, in the Amount of $15,744.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This contract will consist of design and bidding services to replace the roof of the Madison Pump Station Building. The roof being replaced is the original roof installed under the Madison Pipeline Project in 1981. Services shall include preliminary design, final design of the roof, and bidding services for the project. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| The cost for this Design and Bidding Professional Services Agreement is $15,744.00 which is 10.5% of the estimated construction cost of $150,000.00 for the Madison Pump Station Roof Replacement project. The contract will be funded from the Water Fund account #503-70-73-441-40-44310 which has a budgeted amount of $150,000.00. |
