| BACKGROUND: |
A.B.A.T.E. is once again requesting a parade permit for their Annual Toy Parade. The line-up will begin at 7th Street and Gillette Avenue, proceed north on Gillette Avenue and disband at 1st Street.
They are requesting a PD escort as well. |
