The original contract price was in the amount of $482,024.00.
There was a total of one (1) change order on the project with a net decrease in the amount of $4608.79.
Change Order #1 included additional costs to the project by adding irrigation for T-ball field #2, the infield of the softball fields and additional seeding for the Alternate 1 area. Change Order #1 reduced the cost of the project by removing sod and other areas of irrigation that was not needed and by overall using less quantities than planned. These cost changes resulted in a net savings of $4608.79 for the project.
Change order #1 also added 10 days to the contract because of the additional work and added 13 days because of weather delays. Overall, the project was completed on time and no liquidated damages were assessed. |
