| Council Consideration of a Resolution to Authorize the Mayor to Execute a Second Extension Agreement Between the City of Gillette, Wyoming, and Bresnan Communications, LLC. |
| BACKGROUND: |
The Extension Agreement, extends the current franchise agreement until July 3, 2019, allowing the parties time to negotiate and resolve cable franchise agreement renewal issues.
