SUBJECT:
Council Consideration of a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Final Plat Known as Remington Estates, Phase V, to the City of Gillette, Wyoming, Subject to all Planning Requirements.
BACKGROUND:

The owner, Saunders Land & Livestock LLC, is proposing to subdivide 12.169 acres of land located in the South Park Subdivision in the NE ¼ SE ¼ of Section 9, Township 49 North, Range 72 West for the purpose of facilitating future development; currently the land is unplatted.  On the east side of the property is an unnamed gravel road that begins where Enzi Drive meets Southern Drive.  Currently, Glock Avenue to the north dead ends at the property. A 60-foot access easement will have to be secured for future development of the property. There are no utilities serving the property at this time. The property is zoned Agricultural.

Any future site development will be required to undergo a commercial site plan review. This case was approved by the Planning Commission during their January 8, 2019, meeting with a vote of 5/0.
