SUBJECT:
Council Consideration to Authorize the Mayor to Sign Amendment No. 2 of the Telecommunications Right of Way Use Agreement Between the City of Gillette and Visionary Communications, Inc.
BACKGROUND:
Amendment No. 2 to the original Telecommunications Right of Way Use Agreement, signed September 18, 2017, will allow Visionary Communications, Inc. additional use of the public right-of-way for the installation of conduit to maintain a fiber optic communications system.
ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET:

Revenue received from this Right of Way Use Agreement Amendment No. 2 shall be deposited in the City's Fiber Fund No. 506.

Anticipated revenue associated with Amendment No. 2 is summarized as follows:

1st Year Project Management Fees:  $422.56

Annual ROW Lease Fees:  $33.36
