The original Tyler agreement was dated June 26, 2012.  If the City wishes to purchase additional software functionality beyond the scope of the original agreement, Tyler amends that agreement to include the new software.  The Incode Court Software to be purchased will be utilized by the Judicial Division and Municipal Court.  This software will integrate with the Police Department's eCitation application as well as other Tyler applications, which will allow the Judicial staff to perform single data entry instead of triplicate entry as they do now.  This software also includes an on-line component which will provide the ability for municipal court fines to be paid by credit card via the internet.  Additionally, the software will provide improved functionality between the Judges, the Municipal Court Clerks, and citizens involved with Municipal Court.

The initial cost of the software is $74,455.  There is an annual license fee of $12,500 for subsequent years.

This software was included in Budget Amendment #2 in FY18-19 in the amount of $100,000.  The cost is $74,455 for the software, with the full cost of end user training yet to be determined.
