| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Development Improvements for the Antelope Valley Business Park Water System Improvements Project, Installed by DRM, on Behalf of the Developer, Antelope Valley Business Park, LLC. |
| BACKGROUND: |
The accepted improvements for consideration include new and existing PVC water distribution system, along with associated fire hydrants, valves, and appurtenances, in the Antelope Valley Business Park. The existing system supply was a well, which is to be removed from service. Water will then be supplied by the City of Gillette, via an existing water main in the project area. Upon acceptance, the existing users in the Antelope Valley Business Park will become City of Gillette water customers. |
