| BACKGROUND: |
Change the name of Ordinance 3-6 “Endangering the Welfare of a Minor” to “Social Host Ordinance”. Revise ambiguities in the ordinance, including authority for the ordinance, purpose of the ordinance, definitions, penalty, and exceptions.
