Council Consideration to Authorize the Mayor to Sign an Employment Agreement Between the City of Gillette and R. Douglas Dumbrill. 
BACKGROUND:

The Council authorized a full time municipal judge position with a salary of seventy thousand dollars ($70,000.00) per year.  R. Douglas Dumbrill agreed to serve as the full time municipal judge.
