| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the City West Phase II Remodel, with Arete Design Group, in the Amount of $215,000.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
The contract will include developing design drawings and bidding documents for the remodel of approximately 18,000 SF located in the center portion of the City West building. In general, the remodel will include removal and reorganization of existing divider walls, HVAC improvements, meeting room improvements, bathroom upgrades and IT upgrades. This phase of construction will complete the upgrades to the entire City West building. Phase I of this project was completed in 2015 and this will complete the portion that needs to be remodeled. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The cost for this professional service agreement is $215,000.00. The contract will be funded from the General Fund 001-10-04-419-70-47210.
