| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design and Bidding Services Associated with the City Hall Third Floor Remodel, with Schutz Foss Architects, in the Amount of $73,000.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
The contract will include developing design drawings and bidding documents for the remodel of approximately 15,000 SF located on the 3rd floor of City Hall. In general, the remodel will include removal and reorganization of existing divider walls, HVAC improvements, relocation of some of the existing offices, relocation of the 3rd floor conference room, potential kitchen and bathroom upgrades and IT upgrades. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The cost for this professional service agreement is $73,000.00. The contract will be funded from the General Fund account number 001-10-04-419-70-47210.
