An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 3, Section 3-6 of the Gillette City Code to Rename the Section Social Host Ordinance, add Definitions, and make Various Revisions.
BACKGROUND:

Ordinance 1st Reading: 7/0

Ordinance 2nd Reading: 6/0 (Mayor Carter-King absent)

Change the name of Ordinance 3-6 “Endangering the Welfare of a Minor” to “Social Host Ordinance”.  Revise ambiguities in the ordinance, including authority for the ordinance, purpose of the ordinance, definitions, penalty, and exceptions.
