| Council Consideration of a Resolution to Establish the Use of Funds Received from the State of Wyoming, Through the Wyoming Lottery Corporation and the Pari-Mutuel Commission, to be Allocated for Use in Funding Outside Agencies. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| Vacates Resolution No. 2619, adopted on 6/6/2017. Authorizes lottery and pari-mutuel wagering funds to be designated within the General Fund for purposes of funding outside agencies. Any excess lottery and pari-mutuel wagering funds collected are not be carried forward year-to-year, and may be released back into the General Fund for operational purposes. |

| I move for approval of a Resolution to Establish the use of Funds Received from the State of Wyoming, Through the Wyoming Lottery Corporation and the Pari-Mutuel Commission, to be Allocated for use in Funding Outside Agencies. |
