SUBJECT:
Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Associated with the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project, with HDR Engineering, Inc., in the Amount of $159,119.00 (1% Project).
BACKGROUND:

This contract will consist of project oversight and inspection services for the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project.  This project consists of installing approximately 2050 LF of sanitary sewer main replacement in the following areas:

1.  Side lot easement from 1st Street across BNSF ROW to the Fire Training Center.

2.  Warlow Drive from Valley Drive to the Parkview Apartments.

3.  American Lane from Buckskin Drive to 150' East.

4.  Buckskin Drive from Kluver Road to Rawhide Drive.

5.  Buckskin Drive from American Lane to 120' North.
ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET:
The cost for this construction management professional service contract is $159,119.00 which is 15.7% of the estimated construction cost of $1,050,802.00.  The funding for this contract will be from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-70-47420, which has $1,900,000.00 budgeted for this project.

I move for Approval of a Professional Service Agreement for Construction Management Associated with the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project, HDR Engineering, Inc., in the Amount of $159,119.00 (1% Project).
