| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Design Services Associated with the Force Road Retaining Walls Project, with Inberg-Miller Engineers, in the Amount of $19,990.00 (1% Project). |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This contract is for the Design Services to Inberg-Miller Engineering for the Force Road Retaining Walls Project. There are 2 (two) block retaining walls located at 3902 and 3906 Force Road that need to be evaluated for damage. Inberg-Miller will be evaluating the existing walls as they both show signs of failure. They will be using the information they receive from their evaluation to put together a design to repair and/or replace these two walls. Part of their contract will be providing a cost estimate on the proposed project so that the Engineering Division can decide if funding is in place to move forward with the project. This project may be completed as part of the 2019 Sidewalk Repairs Project (19EN06) if funding is available. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The funding for this project has been allocated from the 1% Optional Sales Tax Account 201-10-05-419-40-44332 in the amount of $19,990.00.
