| Council Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement for Construction Management Associated with the Madison Pump Station Roof Replacement Project, with Morrison Maierle, Inc., in the Amount of $15,135.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| This contract will consist of project oversight and inspection services of the Madison Pump Station Roof Replacement Project 19EN14 this project is to remove the existing metal pan system and construct a metal standing seam roof replacement for the Madison Pump Station building. Also included is the replacement of the gutters and downspouts, adding snow guards to the roof, and removing two vents through the roof. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE:
The cost of this construction management professional service contract is $15,135.00, which is 16.5% of the construction cost of $91,950.00. The contract will be funded from the Water Account #503-70-73-411-40-44310 and is fully funded. |
