| BACKGROUND: |
| Bruce Kelley is requesting a catering permit for their annual summertime bash, which will include live music in their parking lot. Mingles generally has 2-3 of these events per summer. The outdoor event will be contained with cattle fencing, staff checking ID's at the gate, and the utilization of hand stamps for age verification. |
