| Council Consideration of a Resolution to Authorize the Mayor to Execute a Third Extension Agreement Between the City of Gillette, Wyoming, and Spectrum Pacific West, LLC. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The Franchise was scheduled to expire on June 25, 2018. The Franchise was extended twice by agreement of the parties, first until January 4, 2019, and again until July 3, 2019. The City and the Company agree to again extend the term of the Franchise Documents until January 3, 2020, to allow time for the parties to work together to resolve renewal issues. |
