The Wyoming Legislature passed SF138, which limits the maximum fee for 24-hour malt beverage and catering permits to $50.00.

I move for Approval of an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 3, Section 3-36(d) of the Gillette City Code to Change the Fee for a Catering and Malt Beverage Permit to Fifty Dollars ($50.00) on Third and Final Reading.
