| BACKGROUND: |
| Carina Gonzalez, owner of El Burrito Listo is requesting a restaurant liquor license for her full-service restaurant. The application has been submitted to the Wyoming Liquor Division and all requirements have been met. The public hearing notice was published on October 15, 2019 and October 22, 2019. |
