| Council Consideration to Authorize the Mayor to Sign an Agreement for Investment Advisory Services with PFM Asset Management, LLC. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The City of Gillette issued a request for proposal for investment advisory services on July 1, 2019 whereby eight responses were received. These responses were subsequently evaluated by City Staff and the City's Investment Advisory Committee. The proposals were rated on experience with public sector clients of comparable size and structure, technical expertise, adequacy of resources, local familiarity, proposal quality and estimated fees. Two respondents were invited to present to City Staff and the Investment Advisory Committee whereby the recommendation to move forward with PFM Asset Management LLC was derived. |
