| Council Consideration for the Acceptance of Public Improvements for the Madison Pump Station Roof Replacement Project, Installed by Wyoming Roofing, LLC., in the Amount of $81,950.00. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| The Madison Pump Station Roof Replacement Project (19EN14) was the removal of the existing metal pan roof and the construction of a new metal standing seam roof for the Madison Pump Station building. Also included was the replacement of the gutters, downspouts, the addition of snow guards on the roof, and the removal of two roof vents no longer being utilized. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
The funding for this project has been allocated from the Water Fund #503-70-73-441-40-44310 in the amount of $91,950.00. There was one change order during the project which decreased the contract amount by $10,000.00, bringing the total cost of the project to $81,950.00. |
