| Council Consideration of a Bid Award for Three (3) to Five (5) New 2020 Utility Police Interceptor AWD SUV's to Spradley Barr Motors, Inc., of Cheyenne, Wyoming, in the Amount of $34,896.00 Each. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| These are replacements for three units that were totaled by hail. Unit 424, is a 2014 Ford Taurus Patrol Sedan, Unit 430, a 2012 Chevrolet Impala Patrol Sedan, and Unit 466, a 2010 Chevrolet Impala Patrol Sedan. |
| ACTUAL COST VS. BUDGET: |
| These are replacements for three units that were totaled by hail. Unit 424, is a 2014 Ford Taurus Patrol Sedan ($11,288.00 insurance settlement received), Unit 430, a 2012 Chevrolet Impala Patrol Sedan ($6,913.00 insurance settlement received), and Unit 466, a 2010 Chevrolet Impala Patrol Sedan ($5,688 insurance settlement received). The remaining funds will be applied from the depreciation that has already been paid on these vehicles. |
