| Council Consideration of a Parade Permit, December 7, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. on Gillette Avenue from 7th Street to 1st Street, for the 2019 Toy Parade, Requested by A.B.A.T.E. of Northeast Wyoming. |
| BACKGROUND: |
| A.B.A.T.E. of NE Wyoming is requesting a permit for their annual toy parade. They will line up on 7th Street in front of Twin Spruce School and proceed down Gillette Avenue to 1st Street. The American Legion Color Guard will lead Santa and the floats in the parade. They are requesting that the Police Department provide an escort for the parade. Following the parade, the floats will be parked in front of Gillette Brewing where cookies and hot chocolate will be served while awaiting the Parade of Lights. |
